Hi my name is Bill O'Neal. Welcome to For The Love of Jacob! Praise be to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob! It is my desire to bless Jacob as to the natural seed and Israel as to the spiritual seed as well as the nation! God's word in Genesis 12 declares that I shall be blessed when I do! I not only will be blessed but I will become a blessing as well!
You may say why Jacob? I suppose he has always been one of my major heroes in the Bible. Here is a man who goes to great length to accomplish his goals. What an inspiration he proves to be. He is a prime example of dexterity. Here is a man that plays a major part in the covenants of God in scripture! There are many covenants in the plan of God which I shall discuss on my page entitled BIBLE COVENANTS.
I am just glad to be a part of God's plan and be a member in the body of Christ. We are collectively the bride of our Lord Jesus Christ! He it is who was sent to the Jews and given to the Gentiles as a Savior - Romans 11:11. Both Christianity and Judaism have their roots in God, the YAHWEH of Judah, "God be praised!"
As Christians, we are to be rooted and grounded in the truths Jesus taught. May I say to you that the salvation of the LORD is come. I believe that his Son, Jesus Christ is our Messiah! No man can come unto the Father but through and by the Son. The Holy Spirit is the one who convicts us of sin and error in our lives. We can not save ourselves by our good deeds. For by the works of the law shall no man be justified.
I declare unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel and to the Gentiles a Savior. He is our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father! He is the root and offspring of David. May God, the Holy Spirit, bless and guide you throughout each and every day of your life! Have a blessed day!
